James River SCA’s “Snowflake Shop” Raises Funds For New Intl. Baccalaureate Banner

The James River Student Council Association (SCA), under the guidance of counselor Georgia Brooks, sponsored the annual “Snowflake Shop” fundraiser, at which all James River students were invited to shop for holiday gifts for loved ones and friends. The SCA members worked to categorize and price the items, set up the shop, greet shoppers, assist with the purchase of gift items and manage the cash table. The SCA officers and representatives exhibited commitment, enthusiasm, and integrity when working with the student customers. The SCA donated the funds to purchase a new International Baccalaureate banner for the school.
