Jamestown, Lafayette String Orchestras Play Outdoor Concert At Pumpkinville

The Jamestown HS and Lafayette HS string orchestras recently presented their fall concert at Pumpkinville near Toano. Concert selections included the themes from “Jaws,” “Phantom of the Opera,” “Night on Bald Mountain,” “Psycho,” and “The Addams Family.”  After the orchestra concert, the Fiddle Clubs had the audience moving to the fiddle tune “Orange Blossom Special” and other hoedown pieces.
