Berkeley, Hornsby German Students Observe Oktoberfest

Approximately 60 German students from Berkeley Middle School and Lois S. Hornsby Middle School gathered together recently to celebrate the third annual Middle School Oktoberfest.  This free event was open to parents and other family members.  Led by instructors Lauren Adams (Hornsby) and Keri Waltner (Berkeley), students enjoyed a full buffet of authentic German dishes, rocked out to German music, and got to know everyone a little bit better with a scavenger hunt contest.
