Rising Sixth Graders Receive Scholarship From Martial Arts Center
Nine rising sixth graders, one from each WJCC elementary school, received a scholarship from Williamsburg-based Baeplex Family Martial Arts Center. The fifth grade team at each school recommends students to a selection made up of the principal and guidance counselor. Parents of the selected students agree to provide transportation to the Martial Arts center two or three days a week.
