Clara Byrd Baker Fourth Grader’s Poster To Appear In Epilepsy Foundation Calendar

Milaya Bealer, a fourth grader at Clara Byrd Baker Elementary School, was chosen as a winner in this year’s Epilepsy Foundation Poster Contest. She is one of 12 winners chosen from around Virginia whose artwork will be featured in a calendar. Her entry was chosen out 804 entries from around the Commonwealth. Milaya and her family will be honored at a special breakfast in Richmond with Virginia State Senators and Delegates in the new year. The judging team is made up of child neurologists, health care professionals, and families with epilepsy.
